A second illustration produced on commission for the Computer Arts Projects typography issue, which came out today. In style it had to follow my first picture 'Type', although I was allowed to stray further from the style of 'Pimp' in terms of colours and layout. I also had to leave a large space in the bottom right for text and include certain typographical elements, like the keyboard, typewriter and stencils. Again I worked to a very short deadline and although the lettering may look very similar to that in 'Type' nothing is actually recycled from it. Anyway it looks nice in the mag so I'm pleased with the result, the colours bothered me for a while but I prefer them to the first picture now.
